Skip-Art history

2001 - diary designed for Daintree Paper Shop, Dublin, around the theme "the creative use of waste". The covers were handmade one by one, using wallpaper found in a skip, net bags and beer tin.
2004 - counter for Daintree Wedding Stationery Shop, Camden St., Dublin, made out of the premises' old wooden floor (beautifully worn-out).
2007 - instalation in the bikeshed at The Daintree Building (www.daintree.ie), at Pleasants Place, Dublin, a sustainable building designed by Solearth Ecological Architecture (www.solearth.com). A 14m wall divided into 7 sets of 5 panels each, all covered with "skip-art".
2007 - The Kiss. Tridimentional reading of "The Kiss" (Gustav Klimt, 1907-08). Mixed media on wood - carving, sculpture, painting and collage.

2001 - agenda projetada para Daintree Paper Shop, Dublin, em torno do tem "uso criativo de materiais recicláveis". As capas foram confeccionadas uma a uma, usando papel de parede achado em caçamba, redes de frutas e latinhas de cerveja.
2004 -balcão para a nova loja Daintree em Dublin, feito com o antigo chão de madeira da loja, deliciosamente marcado pelo uso.
2007 - instalação no estacionamento de bicicletas do edifício auto-sustentável da Daintree (www.daintree.ie), projetado pela Solearth Ecological Architecture (www.solearth.com). 14m de parede, divididos em 7 conjuntos de 5 painéis cada, totalmente cobertos com "skip-art".
2007 - O Beijo. Releitura tridimensional sobre "O Beijo" (Gustav Klimt, 1907-08). Técnica mista sobre madeira - entalhe, escultura, pintura, colagem.
